Benefits: Company parties Health insurance Vision insurance Rockport Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg. As a vertically integrated company, we manage our projects from start to finish with collaborative, in-house teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our buildings are clean, welcoming, and well-presented for residents, tenants, staff, and visitors. You will also get to experience our vibrant company culture, which includes regular company parties and team events! Key Responsibilities Common Areas: Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public washrooms. Office Spaces: Maintain commercial office spaces, meeting rooms, and high-traffic areas. Routine Cleaning: Vacuum, dust, mop, and empty waste and recycling bins. Deep Cleaning: Assist with carpet cleaning and other detailed projects. Amenity Spaces: Clean specialized areas like fitness centres and dog wash stations. Turnovers: Thoroughly clean vacant residential suites for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections. Teamwork: Work closely with our in-house teams to support a safe, clean environment. Supplies: Monitor, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment. General Support: Perform other related duties to assist daily operations. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods. Time Management: Strong skills to prioritize tasks across multiple property sites. Core Traits: Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or with a team. Communication: Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent service. Safety: Knowledge of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals is an asset. Transportation Requirements A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
