Rockstar is recruiting for a healthcare-focused company that’s making it easier for anyone to start and scale new healthcare businesses. They serve over 2M patient lives and manage $10B+ in medical spend annually, supporting leading healthcare groups backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others. Their mission is to help more people innovate in healthcare so more patients receive affordable care. The leadership team previously founded and led a national digital health company (with over $15M raised and 100+ employees, later acquired by a 1,000+ person incumbent). This is a tight-knit, fast-moving team focused on solving some of healthcare’s biggest problems. This person will lead the growing Partnerships (GTM) team that focuses on bringing in new groups and supporting them as they scale. What You’ll Own Manage relationships with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups) Guide clients through launching and scaling successfully Shape partnership terms (scope, pricing, timelines) Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding Maintain client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and support Lead with drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution Own cross-functional projects that are leadership priorities Build/refine systems to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth What You Bring Operational excellence: consistently high output Leadership: ability to inspire and attract top talent Detail orientation: strong track record of accuracy Initiative: resourceful and proactive in ambiguity Passion for healthcare innovation Drive for self-improvement (as Kobe said it best) Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment Ability to spot process improvement opportunities 2–5+ years experience in sales/GTM or related roles What the Client Offers Highly competitive salary + performance-based compensation Compassionate, fun, and mission-driven culture Growth and advancement opportunities (fast-growing company) Remote, work-from-home flexibility Paid Time Off: Canadian holidays + vacation days Comprehensive health plans Culture of mentorship, learning, independence, and critical thinking Preference for Eastern Time (EST) hours (some flexibility)
