Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? *Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort* is looking for a friendly and service-driven individual to join our Front Desk team for the remaining 2026 season! As a *Front Desk Agent*, you?ll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming visitors, assisting throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression * Register guests and accurately record information in internal systems * Manage incoming calls, make room reservations, and confirm bookings * Process payments and provide invoices at check?out * Assist guests with requests such as dinner reservations, local information, and resort activities * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk area *Key Qualifications:* * Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * High attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and follow?through * Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment, we?d love to hear from you!
