*Job Title: Sales Consultant* *Location: Surrey* *Job Status: Full-Time and Part-Time* Inspire Wireless is an Authorized Rogers dealer that began in 2013 with over 50 years of combined leadership experience. We offer solutions to both Business and Consumer clients throughout the lower mainland. We are now looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our retail sales team. Full-time and part-time job opportunities are available in the Surrey Central City location. *Job Description* Sales Consultant is expected to promote cellular sales, accessory sales and other add on items, provide superior customer service, and handle any customer inquiries in a courteous manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Meet or exceed sales targets and other organizational metrics - Determine the needs of our customers through qualification and offering a customized solution - Attend to all customer escalations with satisfactory resolutions - Learn and keep up to date product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain merchandising in accordance to standards set by Rogers - Ensure processing accuracies by following established systems and processes - Handle cash or credit card transactions and conduct daily reconciliation - Minimize security risks by ensuring a tight control over inventory and other company assets *Skills and Qualifications* - Above average oral communication skills required to interact and serve customers. English is a must.
