With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience! Your role: Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained Oversee register coverage and store supply usage Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts Perform opening and closing procedures Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising) Train and mentor new associates Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly What we're looking for: 1 year of retail experience 1 year of experience in team supervision Strong problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to details If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
