Position Summary Ross Memorial Hospital is seeking a Temporary part-time Integrated Coordinator of Pharmacy Operations to support pharmacy operations across RMH and HHHS. This role will focus on supporting upcoming Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) assessments, enhancing medication stewardship and operational performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in OCP assessment readiness, including audit preparation, documentation alignment, and follow-through on compliance actions, while advancing workflow standardization and operational oversight. Effective Date: ASAP Ending on or before: July 05, 2027 Key Responsibilities Support coordination of dispensary operations across RMH and HHHS Support management team with OCP assessment readiness, including audits, documentation review, and action tracking Support standardization of pharmacy workflows, policies, and procedures across sites Identify opportunities to optimize medication utilization, reduce waste, and improve cost stewardship Review and analyze pharmacy workload metrics (e.g., MIS reporting) to support operational planning and finance team decision-making Monitor workflow risks and escalate issues to pharmacy leadership Support implementation of initiatives, onboarding, and change management Work Arrangement Cross-site role supporting RMH and HHHS Required on-site presence at HHHS approximately one day every two weeks Remaining scheduled shifts will be on-site at RMH Essential Qualifications Regulated Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy operations and dispensary workflows Strong knowledge of OCP standards and regulatory requirements Experience with workload measurement, data analysis, and operational reporting (MIS) Proficient knowledge of EPIC and readiness to learn advanced EPIC reporting Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Experience supporting quality improvement, audits, or compliance initiatives Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job, as per the current Physical Demands Analysis Hours of Work Hours of work for this position are 37.5 hours bi-weekly.
