This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, reporting, and process improvement. You'll play an important role in managing sales incentive calculations, enhancing HR analytics, supporting HR technology, and helping us find smarter ways to deliver HR services. This role aligns closely with HR Operations, HR systems, analytics, reporting, and payroll-related processes that have historically been part of the team's responsibilities. Who you report to: Manager, HR Operations - Enablement What The Job Is All About: You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, systems administration, and process improvement. A significant part of this role focuses on managing the monthly sales order incentive process, including tracking and validating data, preparing accrual and payroll files, and partnering with Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and HR stakeholders to ensure incentives are paid accurately and on time You'll also help advance our HR analytics capabilities by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making across the business. Working with HR data from multiple sources, you'll identify trends, improve reporting processes, and help translate complex information into meaningful, actionable insights. Beyond reporting and analytics, you'll support our HR technology ecosystem by working in Dayforce, assisting with system maintenance and reporting, participating in process improvement initiatives, and contributing to internal HR tools and SharePoint sites Who You Are: You're someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and technology. You have a natural curiosity for understanding how things work and are always looking for opportunities to improve processes through automation and smarter use of technology. You Have: Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR systems, analytics, payroll, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data Experience creating reports, dashboards, and meaningful business insights Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional partners Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bonus Points If You Have The Following: Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools Experience with sales compensation, commissions, or incentive calculations Experience working with payroll data, accruals, and audit processes Experience developing HR analytics and people dashboards Experience with Dayforce reporting and administration Experience supporting SharePoint sites or other internal knowledge-sharing platforms Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, or HR technology projects What We Offer: Ross provides competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility you need to do your best work, including flexible hours, generous paid time off, and a wellness allowance. Salary Information: The pay range for this role in Canada is: 66,500 - 92,000 CAD The listed salary reflects the pay range for a role based in Canada. Compensation may differ based on alternate locations if listed. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
