We are seeking enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associates to join our team at our Vancouver location and represent our luxury furniture brand in our physical stores. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for sales, and a genuine desire to help customers bring their ideas and dreams to life. Our ideal candidate is someone who goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable and personalized shopping experience for our customers. Position: Showroom Sales Associate Location: Downtown Vancouver Employment Type: Hourly, scheduled hours may vary between part-time and full-time based on business and operational needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, establishing a positive and lasting impression. Assist customers in selecting and customizing furniture pieces that meet their specific needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and information about our furniture collections, materials, and design options. Utilize AR, VR, and Studio X technology to create immersive and interactive experiences for customers. Offer expert advice on interior design trends, color schemes, and furniture placement to enhance customer satisfaction. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate with customers. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Previous sales experience in a retail or showroom environment is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers. Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail. Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help customers bring their visions to life. Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is a plus.
