Company Description Roy's Chevrolet Buick GMC is a well-established automotive retail dealership located at 4000 Hwy 34 in Green Valley, Ontario, Canada. The dealership specializes in new and pre-owned Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, serving customers from Green Valley and surrounding communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Green Valley, ON. The Sales Consultant will greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, identify their needs, and present suitable Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle options. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, conducting test drives, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through the sales and financing process. The role also involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system, and supporting promotional events and sales campaigns. The Sales Consultant is expected to collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving individual and dealership sales targets. Qualifications Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions. Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Comfort with using CRM systems and basic computer applications to manage leads, appointments, and sales documentation. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and readiness to conduct customer test drives. Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as required, and to stand and move around the showroom and lot. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business or sales is an advantage.
