Registered in good standing with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO). Completion of a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) program. Recent satisfactory performance appraisal. Recent satisfactory attendance record. No recent disciplinary events. Responsibilities: Perform all required MRI examinations as prescribed by physicians in accordance with relevant protocols and procedures. Maintain strong team environment amongst MRI technologist, MRI Technologist Assistants and Imaging Nursing Team. Perform a large variety of MRI specialty procedures including cardiac imaging and breast biopsies. Collaborate with the Pacemaker Clinic to perform MRI exams on patients with MRI conditional pacemakers. Coordinate with the Anesthesia team to provide MRI access to young children and patients with special needs. Perform MRI studies to assist radiation therapy planning. Please note that this position is a midnight line; however, shift schedules may be subject to change to support operational requirements and departmental needs.

Perform a wide variety of MRI examinations, including specialty procedures like cardiac imaging and breast biopsies, following physician prescriptions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesia and pacemaker clinics, to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Candidates must have completed an accredited MRI program and be registered in good standing with the CMRITO. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and strong communication skills are also required.
