The Project Manager Opportunity The Project Manager is an entry-level development position with practical training and support from experienced management. You will learn how to take a client brief from its initial objectives through planning, delivery and performance review. As your experience grows, you will receive greater ownership of project timelines, stakeholders and results. Project Management Responsibilities Review client briefs and confirm project objectives Define deliverables, deadlines and campaign requirements Create project plans, timelines and action trackers Coordinate meetings, updates and supporting documentation Monitor milestones and follow up on outstanding actions Track campaign materials, resources and basic project costs Identify potential delays and raise issues early Coordinate information between sales, marketing and operations Compile customer engagement and sales performance data Prepare project summaries and post-campaign recommendations What You Will Develop The Project Manager position builds transferable experience in: Project planning and campaign coordination Stakeholder and client communication Risk, issue and deadline management Performance reporting and process improvement Team coordination and commercial decision-making Strong performance may lead to responsibility for more complex projects, client updates and junior team support, with potential progression into senior project or campaign management.
