Physical locations in Mississauga, Saskatoon and Calgary. Job Title : Senior Technician Major Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the daily activities of the control panel shop. Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements and project deadlines. Understand wiring backgrounds Setup trip units Knowledge about assembling and disassembling breakers Assign work to technicians and monitor project progress. Review electrical drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and panel layouts. Provide technical guidance and support to shop technicians. Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and quality control. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures. Coordinate material requirements, inventory levels, and purchasing needs. Identify production issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency. Conduct inspections and support testing and troubleshooting activities. Train, coach, and evaluate shop employees. Work closely with engineering, sales, purchasing, and project management teams. Maintain accurate production records, job documentation, and progress reports. Ensure the shop remains organized, clean, and properly maintained.
