Role Description The Fleet & Safety Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate fleet records, coordinating vehicle licensing, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules, and supporting compliance with transportation and safety regulations. The role includes monitoring driver qualification files, incident reports, and safety training records, as well as assisting with audits and internal reporting. The Fleet & Safety Administrator works closely with operations and drivers to promote safe practices, track safety performance indicators, and support the implementation of company safety policies. Additional responsibilities may include data entry, document management, communication with service providers, and contributing to continuous improvement of fleet and safety processes. Qualifications Skills in fleet administration and coordination, including record-keeping for vehicles, maintenance schedules, and licensing. Knowledge of safety and compliance practices, such as transportation regulations, incident reporting, and safety documentation. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including data entry accuracy, document management, and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with drivers, operations staff, and external vendors or service providers. Proficiency with office software and fleet or safety management systems; ability to generate reports and analyze basic operational data. Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations is an asset. Ability to work on-site full-time in Winnipeg, MB, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration, safety, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
