In this position, you will report to the Quality Control Supervisors and will work on streamlining Calibration, Certification and Documentation Control along with supporting the 5S initiatives in both Quality control areas. Work Location: Oakville Facility - Ontario - Canada What You Will Do Standard work creation Software creation for tracking and reporting purposes Lead events to optimize workflow in areas 5S optimization – Digital and Physical workspace Create Standard Work documents. Participating in Continuous Improvement Events. All other duties assigned by management. Qualifications We Require Pursuing next level Education in Software Engineering or Computer Sciences. Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Techniques and applications. Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications. Previous ERP experience welcomed (SAP preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work different shifts. The candidate will streamline calibration, certification, and documentation control processes while supporting 5S initiatives in quality control areas. Responsibilities include creating standard work documents, developing software for tracking and reporting, and participating in continuous improvement events.

Applicants must be pursuing education in software engineering or computer sciences and possess a strong understanding of lean techniques. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with ERP systems like SAP is considered an asset.
