Job Summary The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces. Supervise the team and meet and uphold implemented standards. Ensure efficient service utilising team members productively and effectively to maintain efficiency. About You A minimum of two years in a similar hospitality/food and beverage role Strong leadership and organisational skills A positive attitude with great communication skills Flexibility and initiative to respond to a range of different work situations Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation Key Responsibilities Ensure the bar areas are prepared and clean for each service in the right place at the right time. Keep on top of par stock levels in the wine and liquor stores. Ensure fruit garnish levels are kept up to par. Ensure all staff work in a responsible way. Have a working knowledge of financial implications when making decisions regarding requesting stock and use of stock. Allocate team roles to bar staff during preparation, service and clear down of bars. Implement training for management trainees, casual F&B Assistants and new starters in the processes of the bar and all aspects of beverage. To be forward thinking and plan appropriately for upcoming events such as checking specialist glassware and specific beverage requirements. Carry out routine line cleaning, bar deep clean and dispense deep clean. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the beverage areas.
