Parts Counterperson

With 15 locations in Ontario and almost 600 employees and growing, we are looking for top talent to join our team. The Parts Counterperson sells commercial vehicle and equipment parts to customers over the counter or by phone. This is a full-time position in our Ottawa East location. Will be working Monday to Friday day shift. Responsibilities Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. Participate in all training programs that are made available. Keep current on new products and product updates. Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for selling commercial vehicle parts to customers via phone or in-person. They must also manage order shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least six months of experience in over-the-counter sales. Proficiency in SAP is considered an asset, and applicants must be able to provide a criminal record check and driver's abstract.
