Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring on behalf of one of its esteemed clients. Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior Location: Toronto, ON or Kingston, ON (On-site) Duration: 6 months (Possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: $80 - $90/hr [CAD] Must Have Skills: Demonstrated experience in business analysis to support systems development using a rules engine or business process automation platform Experience developing business models; use case models; conceptual and logical data models; process and data flow models; use case surveys; test cases; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects Demonstrated experience in projects using an agile development methodology Demonstrated experience leading and conducting business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documenting business requirements Demonstrated experience in a health, clinical, claim adjudication or pharmaceutical context Key Responsibilities: Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
