Job ID: 26-26069 Job Title: Business Enterprise Architect III Location: Fredericton/NB(Onsite) Duration: 240 business days with possible extension Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $105/hr - $110/hr Must have: University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered. 15+ years of IM/IT experience with 10+ years as a Lead Solution/Enterprise Architect on medium to large complex projects. 5+ years leading technical teams, including employees and contracted resources. 5+ years of experience in technical design, requirements gathering, system reviews, and technical/solution due diligence. 5+ years developing architecture deliverables, solution designs, technical requirements, standards, and guiding principles. 3+ years of experience with Drug Information Systems (DIS); Medigent DIS is preferred. 3+ years of hands-on eHealth/healthcare architecture experience. 2+ years of experience with HL7 V2, HL7 V3, and FHIR. Strong experience with healthcare integration, interoperability, pharmacy/community pharmacy, and digital health solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and documentation skills. Role and Responsibilities: Develop solution and integration architecture deliverables for Drug Information Systems and other digital health initiatives. Design and support integration between public health, community pharmacy, and healthcare systems. Lead technical design and requirements gathering sessions and provide solution recommendations. Review existing systems, technical designs, project deliverables, and vendor solutions for architectural alignment. Develop technical requirements, messaging specifications, vendor implementation guides, standards, and guiding principles. Support healthcare integration solutions using HL7 V2/V3, FHIR, and other interoperability standards. Participate in project Stage Gates and provide architectural assessments and recommendations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, technical analysts, developers, and vendors. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, project teams, SNB, healthcare organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, integration, maintainability, and long-term lifecycle requirements. Provide technical guidance, documentation, risk assessment, and recommendations throughout solution planning and implementation.
