Your clinical expertise, creativity, and compassionate approach support patients in achieving meaningful goals across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. 🏥 Occupational Therapist (OT) – BC 📋 Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in British Columbia. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions for clients with diverse needs, including physical injuries, neurological conditions, developmental challenges, chronic illnesses, and functional limitations. Your work will support patients in regaining independence and participating fully in their daily lives. 🔍 Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to support mobility, strength, cognition, self-care, and daily living skills Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, physicians, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams Educate clients and families on strategies to improve function and safety Maintain accurate documentation and reports according to professional standards Assist with discharge planning and community reintegration Uphold best practices in safety, ethics, and client-centered rehabilitation ✨ Position Highlights 📍 Location: British Columbia ⏰ Shifts: Day shifts; flexible scheduling may be available 💼 Environment: Supportive rehabilitation and community care settings 🧾 Requirements – What You’ll Bring ✔ Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program ✔ Current registration or eligibility with COTBC (College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia) ✔ Experience in rehab, acute care, community health, or related practice areas ✔ Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills ✔ Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams ✔ Commitment to safe, ethical, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care ✔ Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and within a team 🌟 Why Join Us?
