Job ID: 26-23954 Job Title: Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: 3+ Months (with possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $50 -$65 per hour Must have: 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps Nice to have: Experience with Case Management would be an asset. Roles and responsibilities Software Testing Soft Skills- 40% Analytical: Proven excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning and systematic problem solving Communication: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Time Management: Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change Great Attitude: Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams Software Testing Experience - 35 % 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Technical Skills - 20% Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps Strong understanding of defect management life cycle Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset Ability to understand data models is an asset Ability to understand Java and JavaScript is an asset Public Sector Experience- 5% Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
