Job ID: 26-23423 Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Collibra Data Intelligence Platform) Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID) Duration: 11+ Months Client: Public Sector Job Description Client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and production deployment of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. The role is responsible for driving project execution, ensuring enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and governance standards are met, and delivering a production-ready, sustainable solution. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of the Collibra implementation from planning to production go-live. Develop and execute integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, cutover, and early-life support. Coordinate development, ETL, integrations, testing (UAT/QA), and production readiness. Ensure completion of Architecture Review Board (ARB), Threat Risk Assessment (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), and security approvals. Lead vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting. Drive data governance, metadata management, data catalog, lineage, and quality initiatives. Ensure compliance with enterprise technology, security, and data governance standards. Required Skills: 7-10+ years of Technical Project Management experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or data platform implementations. Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar Data Governance/Data Intelligence platforms. Strong knowledge of ETL, data integration, UAT, QA, cutover planning, and production deployment. Experience with Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality. Familiarity with TRA, PIA, ARB, enterprise architecture, and security compliance. Excellent stakeholder, vendor, risk, and executive communication skills. Experience delivering projects in regulated enterprise environments.
