🚛 EXPERIENCED FLATBED DISPATCHER — WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU! 📍 Nisku, AB Are you an experienced dispatcher who knows how to find the right loads, negotiate rates, keep drivers moving, and keep customers happy? We’re looking for a Flatbed Dispatch Coordinator who understands the transportation industry and can hit the ground running. If you’re highly proficient with Loadlink, understand flatbed operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. 🔹 What You’ll Be Doing • Plan, book, and coordinate flatbed and LTL loads • Source and negotiate loads using Loadlink • Keep Professional Drivers moving with clear and timely instructions • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers • Handle service concerns and find practical solutions quickly • Coordinate equipment and maintenance needs with Operations • Balance multiple loads, drivers, and priorities throughout the day • Promote and support a strong safety-first culture 🔹 What We’re Looking For • 3–5+ years of transportation/dispatch experience preferred • Advanced proficiency with Loadlink is required • Strong knowledge of flatbed transportation and LTL loads • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Strong understanding of rates, lanes, and load planning • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills • Able to work independently and make decisions under pressure • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Fluent in Punjabi and English ⭐ Why Join Us? 💰 Competitive compensation 🤝 Great team environment 🏥 Health benefits 📈 Opportunity for growth and advancement 🚛 A role where your transportation experience and industry knowledge are valued We’re looking for someone who knows trucking, understands dispatch, and takes pride in keeping the operation running smoothly.
