Position: PEI/ New Brunswick Area Manager Date posted: April 9, 2026 Pay: CA$60,000.00-CA$75,000.00 per year Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Prince Edward Island / New Brunswick Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in both of the above regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in janitorial cleaning This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvements and manage projects effectively while ensuring that all team members are motivated and aligned with the company's goals. Responsibilities o Inspects assigned accounts, ensure work performed meets company and customer standards for account retention. o Supervise and manage multiple locations all over the PEI/New Brunswick region. o Visit customers on a regular basis to maintain satisfactory relationships. o Adhere to all Company policy and procedures. o Implements work schedules and ensures accurate time record keeping for each account site. In addition, assign cleaning personnel to accounts. o Quality Audits, site visitation, follow up on routine work/special jobs, and integral interaction with client. o Hires, promotes, transfers or disciplines under the guidance of the Operations Manager, all employees in assigned accounts. o Conduct orientation and initial training for new staff. o Requisitions and maintains necessary equipment and supplies for all accounts. o Extensive travel to various sites to conduct inspections, deliver supplies and meet with employees. o Daily reports provided to Operations Manager. o Resolution of day-to-day issues in each account. o Immediately react to any customer complaints. o Assist the Site Manager/Supervisor with problems. o Promote operational quality standards. o Will perform cleaning duties at site if necessary. o Performs all other duties assigned by Operations Manager. o Must be able to drive around for longer periods of time, since this position requires going to multiple sites in PEI and New Brunswick. o Must be able to provide a clear drivers abstract before starting this role along with a cleared criminal record check. o Be available for flexible hours, potentially weekends, night or day shifts. We are a 24/7 business, and the hours of work will encompass the core hours for client visits as well as core hours for employee visits. Requirements o Minimum 2 years’ experience in Maintenance or Janitorial Services in Management position. o Experience with stripping and waxing and routine day portering services within retail or commercial settings. o Must be able to operate cleaning equipment. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision. o Valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing.
