Position Overview The Senior IBM Maximo Consultant will provide functional leadership and hands-on configuration expertise for an enterprise IBM Maximo Manage implementation supporting facilities and asset management operations. Responsibilities include configuring Maximo modules, supporting data migration, reviewing integrations, validating configurations, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful deployment through go-live and stabilization. The consultant will work across business and technical teams to implement industry best practices while ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise asset management solutions. Key Responsibilities IBM Maximo Configuration & Solution Design (35%) Configure and customize IBM Maximo Manage to support business requirements. Configure: Organizations and Sites Application Designer Database Configuration Security Groups Workflows Mobile configurations Reports and dashboards Provide solution recommendations, configuration guidance, and design documentation. Validate implementation artifacts and identify configuration gaps. Work Management & Asset Management Implementation (25%) Configure end-to-end Work Management processes, including: Service Request (SR) to Work Order (WO) lifecycle Preventive Maintenance (PM) Job Plans Work Types Scheduling and execution Vendor and contractor management Follow-on work processes Configure enterprise asset structures, including: Assets Locations Classifications Meters PM hierarchies Job Plan structures Data Migration & Enterprise Integration (20%) Support migration of legacy Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data into Maximo. Perform: Data mapping Data validation Reconciliation Migration readiness assessments Review enterprise integrations involving: SAP SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) IBM TRIRIGA / MREF REST APIs Validate interface mappings, monitoring processes, reconciliation, and error handling. Testing, Deployment & Go-Live Support (15%) Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis. Validate configuration, workflow, data, and security issues.
