Key Responsibilities IT Project & Infrastructure Delivery (50%) Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure and operational projects. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource planning, and risk management. Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring successful project execution. Drive infrastructure initiatives that align with enterprise standards, governance, and operational priorities. Prepare project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications. Technical Coordination & IT Operations (20%) Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and infrastructure patching activities. Support IT operations through incident management, service requests, and change management processes. Facilitate Change Requests (CRQs) and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams delivering cloud, web, and infrastructure solutions. Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance (25%) Collaborate with ministry partners, executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and executive presentations. Maintain effective communication across project teams and senior leadership. Resolve issues, manage expectations, and build strong working relationships. Ensure project documentation remains accurate, complete, and aligned with governance requirements. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices (5%) Promote project management best practices and governance standards. Support ITIL-based service management processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and operational delivery. Stay informed on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise delivery practices.
