Job Description We are looking for a safe, reliable, and resident-focused Shuttle Driver to transport residents to appointments, community outings, and events. The ideal candidate takes pride in vehicle care, follows established policies, and communicates proactively with the Activities Manager. This role is responsible for: Safely operating the shuttle according to all relevant provincial legislation Performing safety and maintenance checks on the vehicle Driving residents to and from appointments, community outings, and events Following van guidelines outlined in our Policy & Procedures Ensuring the van is safely and securely stored after use Advising the Activities Manager of any requirements for maintenance or repair Any other related duties as required or assigned Qualifications The successful candidate will be a professional, courteous individual with experience operating a shuttle vehicle. This role requires: Minimum Class “F” driver’s License Clean Driver’s Abstract Experience working with seniors is an asset Proof of insurability required Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
