Job Description When you come to work at our Seniors Living villages, you are coming into a Resident’s home. Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents’ faces. If you were working for us as an PSW, here are some of the things you would have done last week: Assisted your Residents with activities of daily living Spending time and providing companionship to the Residents Completing your Point-of-Care tasks specific to each Resident you are supporting Helping keeping the Resident’s area clean and clutter free Communicating a Resident update to your care team Supporting Team Members in the home during a themed day Help a Resident come down during mealtime and provide them any support needed through the meal And supported your team as needed. Qualifications To be hired into this role, you must have: Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) Certification Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months Additional Information While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team. Provide physical and emotional support to residents by assisting with activities of daily living and companionship. Maintain clean resident areas and communicate updates to the care team to ensure overall well-being.

Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) certification. A Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the last 6 months is required.
