Key Responsibilities: * Proficient in body massage, facials, and skincare * Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest. * Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required. * Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use. * Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations. * Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments * Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. * Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers. Qualifications: * Licensed RMT with minimum 2 years experience (required). * Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare. * A great attitude and excellent customer service skills. * Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. * Follow directions thoroughly.
