Key Responsibilities: * Perform Treatments: Deliver various types of massages, facial treatments, and wellness therapies. * Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of treatments performed on each guest. * Communicate with Guests: Adjust massage techniques as needed based on guest feedback. * Sanitize Work Areas: Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized, and treatment rooms are clean and ready for use. * Recommend Services: Explain treatments to guests and provide suitable recommendations. * Promote Products: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services. * Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Qualifications: * At least 1-2 years in massage therapy or a related field (required). * Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare. * A great attitude and excellent customer service skills. * Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred). * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
