We're looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our fast-growing team and play a critical role in scaling our clinical team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end clinical recruitment process –from sourcing, to interviewing, to closing. Your goal will be to identify the most exceptional therapists and psychologists who are passionate about serving the senior population. 🧰 Key Responsibilities Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation. Attract and identify the very best clinical talent: To offer the best service, we only hire the most exceptional therapists; you'll need high EQ and IQ to separate the good from the great. Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey, ensuring that our clinicians’ first touchpoints with Sailor Health are best-in-class Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS) Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities, creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plans Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth Associate. Innovate on new systems and tools, whether it's new sourcing tools or clinical job sites, we are always looking to improve our systems. ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You You love relationship-building and have deep empathy for therapists – you know how to connect authentically with them and make them feel valued.
