The impact you'll make: The Director, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market translates Saje’s brand strategy and growth priorities into integrated marketing plans, enterprise go-to-market programs, and commercially effective customer experiences across channels. Reporting to the VP, Growth, this role sits at the intersection of Brand, Product, Retail, eCommerce, Finance, Planning, Creative, and Customer Experience. The Director is accountable for bringing brand and business strategies to market through integrated planning, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution. This role owns the annual integrated marketing roadmap, enterprise go-to-market planning process, and commercial marketing calendar. The Director ensures priorities are aligned to business objectives, customer opportunities, inventory and assortment plans, and financial targets. Success requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to build alignment across stakeholders. This leader connects strategy, planning, execution, and performance to drive launch excellence and measurable business outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by: On-time delivery of integrated, commercially effective go-to-market launches. Marketing investments aligned to business, customer, and financial objectives. Marketing contribution to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Effective cross-functional alignment through the go-to-market planning process. Strong stakeholder confidence and organizational readiness across major initiatives. Speed, quality, and consistency of commercialization and launch execution. Campaign performance against defined KPIs and business outcomes. Continuous improvement in planning effectiveness, execution quality, and performance measurement. Development, effectiveness, and performance of the integrated marketing team, including the Senior Manager role. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. What you'll do: Integrated Marketing Planning Develop integrated marketing strategies that support annual business objectives, growth priorities, and commercial goals. Translate brand strategy into customer-first marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Identify opportunities through customer insights, category performance, business trends, and market intelligence to inform marketing priorities. Establish campaign objectives, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that clearly connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Ensure marketing strategies balance brand-building objectives with commercial performance goals. Enterprise Go-to-Market Leadership Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, evergreen programs, and strategic growth initiatives. Lead cross-functional planning across Marketing, Product, Creative, Retail, eCommerce, Digital, Merchandising, and Operations. Ensure major initiatives have clear objectives, customer strategies, execution plans, resource needs, and performance expectations. Create clarity around milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, and accountabilities throughout planning. Lead launch readiness and commercialization planning across the organization. Influence alignment and decision-making across stakeholders, including where direct authority is limited. Portfolio Prioritization & Marketing Investment Planning Balance product innovation, commercial priorities, customer opportunities, and brand-building across the marketing portfolio. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, growth potential, organizational capacity, and strategic importance. Partner with Finance, Planning, and channel leaders to align investment with forecasts, inventory, assortment plans, and business goals. Support enterprise trade-off decisions so resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities. Integrated Channel Strategy & Commercial Activation Partner with channel leaders to build cohesive omnichannel strategies across retail, digital, CRM, social, paid media, PR, partnerships, and owned channels. Ensure customer experiences are integrated, consistent, and connected across key journey moments. Partner with channel managers and Creative to ensure briefs define objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, and success measures. Activate marketing programs in ways that drive commercial impact while reinforcing brand objectives. Commercial Performance & Marketing Effectiveness Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing effectiveness, launch success, customer growth, and business performance. Analyze campaign, launch, channel, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities and risks. Lead post-campaign and post-launch reviews, translating insights into clear recommendations and improvements. Use customer, commercial, and channel data to inform investment decisions and future planning. Create visibility into marketing performance and contribution to business results. Team Leadership & Marketing Operations Management Set clear standards for integrated planning, meeting rhythms, documentation, follow-up, and decision-making. Build team capability in marketing operations, commercialization planning, stakeholder communication, reporting, and influence. Create a culture of accountability, clarity, responsiveness, and disciplined execution across integrated marketing and go-to-market work. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 8-12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including integrated marketing, commercial marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth planning. Proven success leading complex cross-functional planning and enterprise-wide launch activities. Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that connect brand objectives to commercial performance. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions. Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys, marketing ecosystems, and modern growth strategies. Experience within retail, consumer goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similarly customer-centric industries. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience linking marketing investments to business outcomes. Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing team members, including managers responsible for execution and workflow coordination. Strategic thinker with strong business and commercial acumen. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong go-to-market planning and operational execution capabilities. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action. Effective communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives and decisions. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. Systems thinker who understands the connection between customer, product, commercial, and operational decisions. Results-oriented leader with a focus on accountability, outcomes, and continuous improvement. People leader who sets clear expectations, coaches growth, and builds strong team operating rhythms. The compensation range on average for this position is from $145,000 - 160,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
