About the role: Territory Sales Representative (Vancouver) This is a true field sales opportunity for a commercially driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing business and growing a territory. You'll bring a hunter's instinct for spotting opportunity and driving deals forward — but instead of spending your time prospecting, you'll be handed a steady stream of qualified, warm appointments from our dedicated business development team, so every hour of your day is spent where it matters most: in front of decision-makers, building relationships, and closing business. What you'll do Meet with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers throughout your assigned territory (4-5 appointments per day across the Vancouver and surrounding areas) Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover classroom, library, and learning space needs — and identify opportunities to expand the scope of each deal Present tailored product solutions from a comprehensive portfolio of educational furniture offerings, positioning value and ROI to decision-maker Partner with the internal quoting team to build compelling, competitive customer proposal Own the full sales cycle: present quotations, proactively manage follow-up, overcome objections, and close new business Collaborate with internal design specialists on larger or more complex projects requiring space planning or design support Maintain a disciplined, accurate CRM and proactively manage your pipeline to maximize territory revenue Travel throughout your territory to build face-to-face relationships, with occasional overnight travel to service remote locations Balance and grow a mix of existing customer accounts and new business opportunities within an established, high-potential territory What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a customer-facing or field-based sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Commercially minded and opportunistic — able to identify potential in every conversation and proactively drive deals toward close Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers Strong consultative selling skills, balanced with the confidence to ask for the business Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a disciplined approach to pipeline management Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities and manage territory performance Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage a full day of client meetings while proactively identifying new opportunities within the territory Personable, authentic, and professional; someone customers immediately feel comfortable working with MUST be based in Vancouver with a valid drivers license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $80K-$90K + uncapped commission $130K-$140K+ total income year 1 Company vehicle provided Gas and travel expenses covered Comprehensive health benefits package
