Part Time Night Care Supervisor Job Category: Supervisor Job Type: Part Time Job Location: Saskatoon Sanctum Care Group (SCG) provides care for people living with HIV, or at-risk of acquiring HIV, that is dignified, non-judgmental and unconditional. Recognizing the interconnected challenges our clients face, SCG facilitates individualized and contextualized care for complex patient populations in collaboration with community partners through trauma informed, culturally responsive and evidence-based interventions. The Supervisor oversees daily operations across Sanctum, Sanctum 1.5, and 2nd Steps programs, ensuring high‑quality care, strong staff performance, and alignment with SCG’s mission and values. Hours: 23:30 – 08:00 as part of 4 week Shift Rotation Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clinical supervision across SCG programs. Uphold SCG’s trauma‑informed, harm‑reduction approach in all interactions. Ensure effective communication between day, evening, and night supervisors. Support staff through coaching, performance feedback, and workflow guidance. Observe medication administration and audit MARs/narcotic counts. Review charting and client documentation; provide training as needed. Conduct client information audits and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date records. Maintain policy adherence and participate in monthly policy reviews. Monitor staff engagement, communication, and quality of client interactions. Assist with crisis management and ensure staff and client safety. Ensure homes have required clinical and operational supplies. Support donor relations through communication and recognition activities. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience, including HR and staff training. Strong decision‑making skills and ability to work independently. Excellent time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
