Provide online theory instruction, mentorship, support, assessment, evaluation, and timely feedback to the students on the required learning management system. 2. Review course content to ensure content links and resources are updated two weeks prior to the course start date. Be flexible and responsive to students learning needs using appropriate methodologies within an online learning environment. 3. Manage the learning management system to ensure optimum learning environment. 4. Work collaboratively in an interdependent team environment. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE **Description** **Required Qualifications** 1. Registered Nurse with a post secondary nursing degree. 2. Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). 3. A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in a clinical nurse educator role in the related field. 4. Experience teaching adults. 5. The ability to effectively engage students in an online learning environment. 6. Recent experience teaching renal nursing skills. **Desired QSA**
