Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Hand to support daily operations by guiding the team, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and takes pride in supporting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Ensure all safety policies and procedures are strictly followed. * Review production schedules and monitor daily output to ensure targets are met. * Complete and review quality checks while maintaining internal quality standards. * Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed. * Update, review, and support adherence to work instructions. * Train team members as required and support ongoing skill development. * Listen to team feedback and assist in resolving issues or conflicts. * Review and investigate quality issues reported externally. * Support department goals and objectives. * Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to maintenance or management for resolution. * Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and quality control checks. * Perform other duties as assigned. Mindset, Skills & Education * Previous experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory role (preferred). * Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to coach and support team members. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Reliable, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
