E-Commerce Account Manager — Shopify & Paid Media (META)

About the Role We're hiring a hands-on E-Commerce Account Manager to own day-to-day execution across Shopify, Meta Ads, and email/SMS marketing for a portfolio of clients. This is not a strategy-only or relationship-only Account Manager role. You'll be in the weeds on the storefront and marketing side: building and troubleshooting Shopify storefronts, managing live Meta Ads campaigns, and executing email/SMS flows, while also being the primary point of contact for your clients. If your background is mostly overseeing campaigns or managing agency relationships rather than doing the hands-on work yourself, this role won't be the right fit — and that's okay. We'd rather be upfront about that now than waste your time or ours. What You'll Own Shopify (core requirement): Updating products, collections, pages, storefront content, and promotions; troubleshooting issues as they come up Meta Ads (core requirement): Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing live ad campaigns for individual client accounts Client communication: Serving as the daily point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, handling requests, questions, and updates Email/SMS marketing: Building and executing campaigns in Klaviyo or a similar platform Supporting work: Landing page tweaks, marketing copy, coordinating with designers on creative deliverables Must-Have Experience 1+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (you've personally made storefront changes and resolved issues, not just requested them) 1+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (you've built and optimized live campaigns yourself) Experience in a client-facing role where you managed multiple accounts at once Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume workload (this role involves juggling many client requests daily) Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platform experience Copywriting for ads, offers, or landing pages Landing page CRO experience Experience in a marketing agency environment specifically This is a fast paced digital marketing agency. Being able to keep up and be confident in your work is imperative. What Success Looks Like in 90 Days Comfortably managing your assigned client portfolio with minimal oversight Making Shopify updates independently and correctly Actively monitoring and adjusting live Meta Ads campaigns Clients feel heard, and requests get resolved quickly Leading client on-boarding calls Compensation & Benefits $50,000–$70,000/year, based on experience Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities On-site parking

Requires at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Meta Ads in a client-facing agency environment. Candidates must be proficient in Klaviyo and comfortable managing high-volume workloads.
