The Recreation Team Member is responsible for planning and implementing programs that support the social culture and holistic health of residents. They work within a multidisciplinary team to foster positive relationships with residents and their families to improve quality of life.

Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a diploma or degree in recreation, leisure studies, or gerontology. A caring and respectful attitude toward residents and team members is essential for success in this role.
