Job Details Description The Village of Taunton Mills has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Part Time Recreation team member to join their team on Dunlop neighborhood. Working 26 hours bi-weekly, four days in two weeks rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Working Hours: 09:00 - 16:00 Status: Temporary Part-Time Location: 3800 Brock Street North, Whitby, ON Expected Start Date: End of August The hiring rate for this role is $ 23.26 per collective agreement/employee association agreement. The Recreation Team Member is responsible for planning and implementing programs to improve the well-being and quality of life for residents. They work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, resident-centered social care.

Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a diploma or degree in recreation, leisure studies, or gerontology. A caring attitude and the ability to foster exemplary relationships with residents and families are essential.
