Posting Number: T7-4053769 - Round 1 - open until filled Description: Art/Photography Teacher - Grades 7-12 Location: Elkford Secondary School, Elkford, BC Contract Type: Full-time Continuing (1.0 FTE) Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $70,392 to $119,187, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting. Job Summary Art/Photography Teacher - Grades 7-12 1.0 FTE continuing contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in Fine Arts and Photography at the Secondary level. This position is tentatively scheduled to include Sr. Art, Jr. Art, and Photography. The teacher will provide instruction in Senior Art, Junior Art, and Photography for students in grades 7-12. The role involves delivering art and photography education on-site at Elkford Secondary School.

Applicants must possess a degree, formal training, or teaching experience in Fine Arts and Photography at the secondary level. BC Teacher Certification is preferred.
