MERRITT BENCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 1.0 FTE Continuing full-time Library and prep teaching position, beginning September 1, 2026. Required Qualifications Training and experience working with grade-level students. Experience with adapting materials, resources, assessments, and learning outcomes for student needs. Valid BC Teaching Certificate and familiarity with the BC Curriculum. Teaching category five or higher. Preferred Qualifications A commitment to supporting a variety of learning needs. Manage the school library and provide prep teaching for grade-level students. Establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents while working as part of a school team.

Must hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate with a teaching category of five or higher and familiarity with the BC Curriculum. Experience in adapting materials for diverse student needs and supporting social-emotional learning is preferred.
