If so, Science North, Northern Ontario’s most popular tourist attraction, is looking for you to join its sales team. Elements is an on-site quick service restaurant at Science North, serving food and alcohol with indoor and outdoor seating with a combined capacity ranging from 25-100. The restaurant services visitors, walk-ins, the Science North workforce, function participants and school groups. Offerings include hot items from the grill, daily specials and quick grab and go snacks. Elements staff participate in food sales and preparation, replenish stock, heat and cook items for visitors, cross-sell, and efficiently process payments. Interested candidates must have excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of service to our visitors, enjoy working with the public and the ability to work independently and as a team. Science North provides services in both official languages with some positions requiring fluency in French. First Aid and Smart Serve Certifications required upon start. The role involves handling food sales and preparation, processing payments, and replenishing stock at the Elements quick service restaurant. Staff are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and school groups.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. First Aid and Smart Serve certifications are required upon starting the position.
