Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Office Coordinator & Administrative Assistant for a growing and established organization in the professional services industry. This is an onsite opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario. POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Senior Office Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership while ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of their Toronto office. This newly created role combines executive support, office coordination, and administrative leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating an exceptional workplace experience for employees, executives, and visitors alike. Coordinate internal meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and assist with project tracking and follow-up. Manage the daily operations of the Toronto office, ensuring an organized, professional, and welcoming environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming calls while overseeing office supplies and vendor relationships. Support employee onboarding, office events, and general administrative needs across the organization. Maintain organized filing systems, handle sensitive information with discretion, and contribute to special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience providing administrative support to senior leadership in a professional office environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality. Professional, collaborative, and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
