BRIEF INTRODUCTION As a Branch Administrator you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch by ensuring a high level of client service achieved by effective operations and administrative efficiencies. IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU In The Role You Will Effectively manage all administrative areas of branch operations Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and performance management of all support staff in the branch. Oversee all transactional banking functions Consistently demonstrate high levels of internal and external client service, Adhere to compliance and audit requirements and maintenance of branch profitability. Do You Have The Skills We would love to work with you if you have: Experience in the securities industry Approval as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills Provide excellent client service in a professional and respectful manner.
