Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Term Lending System (Mortgage) while ensuring alignment with business strategies and technology roadmaps. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to execute agile designs and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Requires over 10 years of experience in complex system delivery and development team leadership, preferably within the banking and mortgage domain. Must possess a strong technical background in software design, CI/CD, and experience modernizing legacy systems using cloud technologies.
