Proposal Specialist — Construction / General Contracting Confidential Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing, design-led construction firm/general contractor that’s building real momentum in the market — and they’re looking for a sharp, driven Proposal Specialist to help fuel that growth. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business development engine. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and project teams to craft compelling, high-quality submissions that win work. From early-stage opportunity tracking through to final delivery, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and polish to every pursuit. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the pursuit of new project opportunities in a fast-moving environment Turning complex, technical information into clear, persuasive submission content Managing multiple proposals at once, keeping everything organized, on track, and high quality Collaborating closely with internal teams to bring together strong, cohesive responses Elevating the standard of submission materials through consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail What we’re looking for: Experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or professional writing Strong communication skills and a natural ability to tell a clear, compelling story Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities Industry exposure (construction, engineering, architecture, or similar) is a strong asset This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your voice is heard, your work is visible, and your impact is tangible. Compensation Transparency The expected compensation range for this role is $85 000 – $105 000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
