Role: Finance & Accounting Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Canada) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist who seamlessly combines general ledger accounting duties with corporate financial analysis and reporting. What You'll Do: Perform month-end close procedures, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. Analyze accounting balance sheets to ensure GAAP compliance. Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Support external auditors with schedules and financial documentation. Evaluate accounting entries to provide variance explanations for leadership. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of combined finance and accounting operational experience. Solid command of US GAAP principles and ERP accounting software. Detail-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
