Are you ready to take the next step in your security career? Securiguard Services is currently seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our Communication Center team in Alliston. This is a dynamic role where you'll monitor multiple site-specific systems, respond to emergencies, and play a vital part in maintaining safety and operations. Position Details Pay Rate: $20, after 3 months probation - $20.60 Shift Time: 2000 - 0800 Bi-weekly Schedule Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Total Hours: 84 hours bi-weekly (full-time) Location - 4700 Industrial Parkway, Alliston At Securiguard, our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to make a difference and realize their potential. What You'll Need To Succeed Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR Certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Reliable personal transportation is a must. Key Responsibilities Monitor security access, fire, and environmental systems Respond to alarms and coordinate emergency responses Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and emergency activities Manage emergency contact lists and access logs Support site investigations using Lenel and Avigilon systems Perform standard Security Guard duties and assist with administrative tasks Why Join Securiguard?
