Alarm Monitoring Operators

The successful candidate will professionally represent Sonitrol in all forms of contact with clients, police, and fire agencies. The ideal candidate must have experience in a call center environment, with excellent customer service skills. She/he adjusts well to a fast-paced environment where, energy, enthusiasm, multi-tasking, and professionalism are required. We are looking to hire a candidate that is fully fluent in English, both oral and written. The candidate must work independently and have a very good attention to detail. She/he must have strong communication skills and be familiar with shift work. As we are a 24 hour, 365 days a year environment, working weekends and holidays are part of your position with us, as is assisting to covering other shifts during vacation and for sick calls. The operator will act as an emergency dispatcher, professionally representing the company when contacting clients, police, and fire agencies. They are responsible for monitoring alarms and managing communications in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have call center experience, excellent customer service skills, and full fluency in English. Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required.
