This is a dynamic role that blends coordination, communication, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. What are my accountabilities? Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution. Maintain project documentation, including action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and governance records. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications. Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocations, and financial tracking, highlighting risks and variances. Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Administer project tools and reporting dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency About you Strong project coordination and administrative expertise. Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and financial tracking Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
