Seed N Salt is a Calgary-born, community-driven wellness café founded by Melodie-Joy Miller and Heather Merrett. What started at family dinner tables became a movement rooted in one simple belief: real food changes lives. We create quick-service meals made with whole, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
